“A fitting burst on the waterline for the hot water heater in our attic. This happened on Sunday afternoon before Christmas. We shut off the water to the tank and called RC’s Plumbing and Electrical. RC came out within minutes of the call. He quickly assessed the problem and advised us. Because it was a Sunday, all the plumbing supply companies were closed. RC stayed in the vicinity overnight, in case we had any further problems. He located the parts early Monday morning and came out immediately to make the repairs. I questioned if we needed to replace the water heater. Because of his honesty and integrity, he advised us not to replace it. The tank is fine; it was a valve and fitting that caused the flood. He could easily have charged us for an unnecessary tank replacement. We would rate RC’s Plumbing more than 5 stars if available. They will be OUR plumbers for all future needs!!”

“These guys are amazing about responsiveness. I called on a Saturday talked to Robert and Justin was out here within two hours of my call. We were so shocked. They’re pricing is extremely reasonable and fair for 24 hour immediate service. We could not be happier. They cleaned out our p-trap drain and then had to snake about 3 ft into the wall and fi nally unclogged it. You won’t be disappointed with their work. Justin even gave me pointers on how to clean out our drain every year so it doesn’t clog again because of the A/c condescending/drip unit on it. Justin left everything clean as a whistle I didn’t even have to go back over his mess because there wasn’t a mess.
